CAM-ADV

CAM-ADV is an enhanced version of CADmeister/CAM. Due to add-on functions such as of preliminary machining, Preparation Settings, and high feed cutting radius end mills, it is capable of previously editing machining regions, checking the scope of machining, and efficiently performing rough machining (and intermediate-stage machining).

Furthermore, CAM-ADV enables users to optimize the sequence of machining and create work flows without waste and re-working.

Features
  • Setting for Preparations

The Settings for Preparation ('Work Settings') enables preliminary settings of machine tools of use, machining origin, table position, and so on.

The scope of machining and the usability of angle-adjusting accessories (Attachments) can be checked, provided that a position of material and the information of machine have been input.

Furthermore, it enables machining conditions to be automatically set for individual machines.

* Check of Machining Scope

  • Machining Pattern through the use of High Feed Cutting Radius and Mills

High-speed rough machining is enabled through the use of high feed cutting radius end mills. Furthermore, any portions of corners or gentle slopes that have been left uncut by the rough machining can be efficiently machined.

  • Finishing Machining trough the use of Preparatory Function

Subject areas for machining can be automatically divided in accordance with the extension length of tool blade.

If any areas cannot be machined through the use of vertical axis, a rotational angle for tool operation can be automatically decided without causing interference around an angle adjusting accessory.

  • Improved Machinig for Corners

Subject areas for machining can be automatically divided in accordance with the extension length of tool blade. If any areas cannot be machined through the use of vertical axis, a rotational angle for tool operation can be automatically decided without causing interference around an angle adjusting accessory.
