Resin flows can be analyzed by using CAD shapes as they are on the CAD display without data conversion.
CAE-INJECT enables the analyses and confirmation of the results through the same CAD command operations.
It significantly supports mold designers by reducing lead time and improving the accuracy of judgment.
Problems of resin flow caused during an injection molding can be forecasted. It is possible to analyze the filling patterns, pressure distribution, resin temperature, weld lines, air traps, and mold clamping force.
